Book Rental Scheme Agreement
1. I accept full responsibility for the above books.
2. The books will be looked after carefully and covered.
3. I accept to pay a fine of €20.00 for damaging or losing a book.
4. I accept some of the books must be returned at the end of the School Year.
5. All books must be returned at the end of 3rd year.
